General cancellations can be made 30 days or more before the day of application without any extra charges. If the client cancels less than a month prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the total makeup application price will be charged to client.

Artistry By Liv is subject to use of any photographs or videos taken for media or business purposes, when given signed consent by client and permission by photographer/videographer. This includes but is not limited to: promotional advertisement via the internet, brochures, business cards, portfolios and events. Artistry By Liv will never display or release any private or contact information of client and it will never be displayed to the public in any form.

A deposit of 50% of your wedding day quote is required on the day of booking. Until deposit is received, your booking will not be held and artist is capable of booking with other clients. The deposit will be put towards the cost of services. The deposit is refunded if your appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 60 days notice. If cancelled within the 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
